2016 CONSORTIUM INFORMATION:

Portland is best described by Money magazine as North America's "Best Big City". It's easy to understand why. Portland offers ample opportunities to simply dabble or fully immerse oneself in the best of the Northwest.  Visit Portland's official cultural district located downtown; a transfigured warehouse in the trendy Pearl District; the world renowned rose gardens; or an emerging neighborhood on the east side - all within easy reach via the Portland streetcar, MAX light rail line, TriMet bus routes, or bike lanes. Wait, did we mention the coffee roasters, microbreweries, wine bars, jazz scene, and views of Mt. Hood and Mt. St Helens? How about shopping along NW 23rd St, Broadway downtown, or the trendy Hawthorne District? With so much to do and so little time, you may want to plan an entire weekend here.
